De ligging van het huis. Midden in de oude stad. Vlakbij goede parkeerplek voor de auto. Ook zijn we vanuit de plek van het huis veel mogelijkheden om een wandeling te maken. Genoeg eetgelegenheid in de buurt van het huis, net als drie supermarkten.
Heel jammer dat er geen tuin of dakterras bij zit.
