Die Küchenausstattung war unschlagbar (Spülmaschine incl. Tabs, sämtliche wichtige Küchenutensilien vorhanden). Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele gehören auch zur Ausstattung. Die zentrale Lage auf Pellworm inmitten der Natur (Wiesen, Teich, Kühe, Enten) lädt zum Entspannen ein. Strand, Cafe's, Restaurants und der Edeka in der "Stadt" sind problemlos per Fahrrad zu erreichen.
