Welcome to the beautiful penthouse holiday apartment "Sunce" - your ideal holiday home in Dobra Voda.
The newly renovated and top-equipped holiday flat "Sunce" is a penthouse flat on the 5th floor. It has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. All rooms are stylishly and newly furnished and fully air-conditioned (including underfloor heating in the bathroom). The kitchen is also fully equipped and completely new.
A highlight is the spacious and furnished terrace, which offers a beautiful sea view and invites you to linger in comfort. The interior of the flat is also designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and leaves nothing to be desired.
The nearest restaurant and shopping facilities are just around the corner. Veliki Pijesak beach is just a few minutes' walk away (1 km).
Enjoy sunny days at the beach and explore the many activities that Dobra Voda and the surrounding area have to offer.
Nearby you will find a variety of shops and restaurants where you can sample local specialities and buy souvenirs. Experience the relaxed atmosphere of this charming coastal town and let yourself be enchanted by the hospitality of the locals.
The location of the holiday flat is ideal for exploring the whole country - the towns of Bar and Ulcinj are only about 10 km away and are also easily accessible by bus in the summer months. Children and water sports fans will love Velika Pla¸a, the 13 km long sandy beach near Ulcinj. The old towns along the coast and the national parks inland are also well worth a visit. The mountain landscape in the north is also worth a visit.

Accessibility by public transport:
The nearest bus stop is just a few hundred metres from the flat. From there, shuttle buses run regularly (hourly in the high season, four times a day in the low season) to Bar (to the main railway station, bus station, centre) and back. From the bus and main railway station in Bar there are regular connections to Podgorica and all other important cities.
