Charming independent cottage of about 60 sqm, entirely built in local "tabarkino" stone style with large windows.
Ideal for 2–4 guests, it can accommodate up to 6 thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, surrounded by windows.
1) Ground floor (35 sqm):
a. Veranda-living room (18 sqm) with double sofa bed, 50" TV, table with 4 chairs, windows with thermal blackout curtains.
b. Fully equipped kitchen (12 sqm) with 4-burner gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, table and 2 chairs.
c. Bathroom with shower (5 sqm).
2) Loft (9 sqm): 2 single beds, can be joined as a double bed if needed, air-conditioned.
3) Basement (16 sqm): bedroom with double bed and 32" TV, very cool in summer.
Included comforts: mosquito screens in all rooms, washing machine, 3 air conditioners (1 fixed, 2 portable), 2 fans.
Outdoors
The cottage features a well-kept 1,000 sqm garden with many trees and plants, outdoor lighting for evenings, large private parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda, and gazebo with sports equipment, as well as free Wi-Fi.
4) Outdoor loggia (75 sqm): barbecue, large dining area, solarium with 2 loungers, outdoor shower, and fitness area with multi-gym.
Guests also have a beach umbrella and cooler bag for the sea.

Het is een zeer charmant huisje met een mooie tuin en fijne plekjes om te relaxen. Hele rustige omgeving. De zonsopkomst is schitterend. Dan zie je ook de mooie vogels zoals de bijeneter. In de omgeving zijn mooie stranden en dorpjes te bezoeken. Een fijn en warm welkom, goed contact met de host.
Sommige dingen hadden iets schoner gekund.
