The property is located right in Avia, near a mini market (500m), traditional taverns, restaurants and bars for your nightlife(400m). Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as Almyros (4km), Mikri Mantineia(2km) and the sandy beach of Santova(2.5km). The international airport of Kalamata is just 15km away.
The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest. You will visit its medieval castle and many museums, walk through the streets of the historic center, the large park with the award-winning outdoor train museum and shop at the local stores.
- We suggest that you visit Ancient Messini (45km) and Ancient Thouria (23km) where you will experience the ancient Greek culture.
- The medieval castle town of Mystras (63km) and Sparta (66km) through a route of extraordinary natural beauty on the slopes of Taygetos.

Quiet little spot, clean updated kitchen and bathroom, parking is a little tight, and the place was a bit difficult for me to find, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was very functional, comfortable & well located. Arrival & departure are flexible thanks a key-locker. Even though I fully recommend this address, parking the car was a nightmare because it was too tight to move around...for a long stay, I'd recommend to park elsewhere & walk 2-5mn :-)
