Welcome to my apartment! My comfortable and bright 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends.
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.
The apartment is located in the 18th district, right next to Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre! Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris.
My 45m2 cozy and bright flat next to Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre, is located on the ground floor on a private and residential passage.
The ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city easily reachable.
The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay with me! I have another apartment right next to this one; really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips! This unit is accessed through an interior Parisian courtyard, located in a quiet area.

Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5.
No smoking on interior areas. 6.
If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster. 7.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 8.
Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

You will benefit from an ideal location! Close to the metro, a supermarket and the most beautiful squares in Paris. This beautiful flat is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris near the Sacré Coeur. The area is full of restaurants, shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, dry cleaner's, pharmacy,...) This was a lovely accommodation for a few nights in the Montmarte area. Flawless check in, instructions were communicated clearly. When the WiFi was not working the host swiftly answered my texts and we figured it out easily. The place is close by the metro so easy to walk to public transportation. Overall, very clean space
