Welcome to our new apartment! Our recently renovated and colorful 5 bedroom / 4 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends.
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.
The apartment is located in Les Halles - 2nd district, right by the heart of the French capital! Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris. - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS *** - The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation.
The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer.
Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory.

FIRST FLOOR (pink) - Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower ensuite - Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower ensuite - Separate toilet chamber by the corridor SECOND FLOOR (green): - Bedroom 4: Two Double beds (140x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower + separate toilet chamber, both ensuite. - Workspace by the corridor THIRD FLOOR (blue): - Bedroom 5: double bed (160x200) including a beautiful bathroom with bathtub ensuite. Helaas was de code verkeerd voor de incheck, echter werd dit direct opgelost. De locatie is wat apart gezien het in een oude passage is, die overigens helemaal leeg lijkt.Huis wel schoon en netjes. Op een paar gebreken in de woning na.

The apartment has plenty of space and is a good location. We have teenagers and almost teens for children so they fit in this space very well. The metro is a close walk.
