A baby cot and high chair are also provided.
Enjoy a private 20-meter balcony, perfect for morning or evening relaxation. Dogs are warmly welcomed in all apartments; a fee per night and dog applies and is available on request. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parties are not allowed. The property features a shared garden where you can relax.
There are 6 parking spaces on site.
Smoking and parties are NOT allowed.
Pets are welcome in all units.
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities.
Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.

Wir wurden persönlich und sehr nett begrüßt. Für den Aufenthalt über Silvester mit unseren Hunden war die Lage perfekt. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die ruhige Lage im Grünen. Die schön ausgestatteten Wohnräume. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die jede Frage beantwortet und auch Tipps hat, falls man einen Tierarzt braucht. Hunde sind wirklich willkommen. Guter Ort um von dort Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu unternehmen. Großer Balkon. Parkplatz am Haus. Es gibt eine Kühl-Gefrierkombi.
Das Internet ist nicht stabil, aber dafür kann ja die Vermieterin nichts. Und wozu braucht man Internet, wenn man solche Ruhe und Natur haben kann 😉
