Description of the accommodation
Holiday home with beautiful views over the fjord and fantastic views to the north/northwest, where you can experience the midnight sun for long periods in the summer.
The house is located in a rural setting, and the nearest neighbor is a working farm.
Enclosed porch where you can sit protected from wind and weather and watch the Northern Lights.
The traditional holiday home was built in 1956 and last modernized in 1995. The house is 110 m2, spread over two floors, and offers sleeping accommodation for 8 people.
Cozy kitchen with a large dining table, cozy living room with a wood-burning stove.
There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed downstairs.
Upstairs in the attic, there are 4 more bedrooms.
Heating is electric, with underfloor heating in the hallway and bathroom.
Summer and winter parking are available in front of the house.
Directly in front of the door, there is a planted area and a cozy garden.
All around, you will find family-friendly hiking terrain with opportunities for many nature experiences for both young and old. Charging of electric cars via the holiday home's circuit is not permitted.
The nearest charging station is approx. 10 km away in Nord-Lenangen.
In summer and winter, there are perfect conditions for top hikes, but also great hiking opportunities in the lowlands.
Prepared cross-country ski trails and easy trails are available at the village house, 2 km from the holiday home.
In Lyngseidet, there is a downhill ski slope and ski and snowshoe rental.
Many family-friendly hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
From the holiday home, you can walk via a dirt path into the forest and continue on an unmarked path to Jægervassåsen. It is 7 km to the parking lot at Blåisvatnet, a popular hiking destination.
The nature in the area is idyllic with wooded moors, beautiful pine heaths, rushing rivers, and steep peaks, as well as rich wildlife.
Freshwater fishing is possible in the salmon-bearing waters Jægervasselva and Jægervatnet.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus, Es war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Die Lage war ruhig, umgeben von Natur, aber dennoch bequem in der Nähe von lokalen Attraktionen wie dem Lyngen Alpinklubb Skilift, Ich würde definitiv zurückkommen!

Sauber, funktional und gut gelegen, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts. Besonders toll war die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machten.
