The space:
This cosy 100m2 flat is in a privileged location, very close to the Diagonal metro station, on Barcelona's prestigious Paseo de Gracia. With three bedrooms, it offers space for up to six people. It has air conditioning only in the hallway for greater comfort during the summer. Although it does not have a lift, its features and location make it an excellent choice for those who wish to explore the city and enjoy city life. Bedding options include a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds to ensure a comfortable rest.
Amenities and common areas:
The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone else.
Other information of interest:
For those under 25 years of age, a double deposit will be charged from 28 May 2024.
On the day of your arrival, the keys will be handed over and we will explain how to get to the flat as well as how it works, you will also be told how to get around the city as well as recommendations on where to eat, leisure areas etc..
Guests are advised that the property reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check in.
The flat is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone else. The flat is equipped with a set of towels (2 per person) as well as gel and shampoo.
Our flat complies with all the legal requirements of the authorities. It has a secure tourist licence and a 24-hour contact telephone number for any kind of incident. You will be asked for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts. On arrival you will have to pay the Tourist Tax.

The Vila de Gracia neighbourhood, located very close to the Jardinets on Paseo de Gracia, is a charming area of Barcelona with a bohemian and vibrant atmosphere. Its cobbled streets and cosy squares are home to a unique mix of designer shops, charming bars and restaurants. With a rich history and culture, the neighbourhood showcases magnificent modernist buildings and is known for its artistic diversity and cultural festivals. The Jardinets de Gracia, the city's iconic gardens, provide a green oasis to relax and enjoy local life.
