Der var mulighed for at medbringe hund og der var ladestander til bilen, derudover havde huset gennemgået en renovering og fremstod med lækre nye materialer flere steder, samt nyt inventar.
Mulighed for at sidde uforstyrret ude f.eks altan el andet.
Skraldeordningen/ skraldesortering det fungerede ikke godt.
Der er mange trapper.
