This first floor apartment (with private entrance) property offers a spacious hall for the abundance of walking gear for a Lake District Break The Inner hall leads upstairs to an open plan living space with comfy velvet sofa, designer kitchen with Bosch Appliances, including an induction hob, slimline dishwasher, oven and washing machine.
The property also features SKY TV with SKY Cinema in the Lounge.
From the lounge the two doors leads to the ensuite bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one with a double bed.
Each bathroom has spacious power showers.
A Cosy Terrace off the living area is a great space for morning coffee or sunset drinks, which captures most of the sun during the day.
We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay.
We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay.
Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for.
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, 2 mins from the property.
