Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and starter toiletries.
A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition.
We offer easy self check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and are pet-friendly for $25 per pet.
Bicycles are welcome at no additional charge.
No parties or smoking allowed (violations subject to a $300 fine).
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.

I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city.
