The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address.
If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.
Parking on the road is not permitted.
Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS.
Guests must use the property address for door delivery.
The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week.
Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected.
Do not include needles or other sharp objects.
Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.
COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily.
However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day.
Night-time swimming is not allowed.
POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted.
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning.

This location was great, so close to Disney which is where we spent the majority of our vacation. It was more spacious than I thought it was going to be. I did bring my own toiletries and bought trash bags, napkins, toilet paper based on previous reviews and overall preference to use certain products. Overall a great stay, would gladly stay here again.

Nice, new and up to current modern expectations
Some cleaning standards a little below requirements considering the cost we are charged at exit. toilets were dirty! Some lights were not working/ bright and the patio door blinds where broken
