KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, kettle, toaster, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody.
In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.
The dining table seats up to 6 guests.
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day.
If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV or make use of the designated work space.
BATHROOM - The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
BEDROOMS Two bedrooms have a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.
Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire. - Bedroom 1, zip and link beds, set up as two singles but can be made into a double on request, sleeps 2 - Bedroom 2, Permanent King bed, sleeps 2 IN ADDITION There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.
