Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The location is great, near the metro and grocery shops. You do not need the car to go to DC.
The house is nice but a bit used.
Some kitchen items were missing but provided very fast by the excellent agency service.

We had a good stay at this home by Cozysuites. I felt that the id verification was invasive by cozysuites but had no choice but to comply if I wanted the check-in code.
The unit itself was as described, convenient to the train, clean and well equipped. It is a recent renovation and overall was well...

The home was old that's fine, but the baths are in need of updating and the cleaning was not good floor and hair was noticeable should not be left for the guess to clean, we had to do a clean through.
