The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Short term stays: $2,500 credit hold

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
