In the midst of pine trees, cypress trees, vines, and olive trees, you will be away from any hustle and bustle, enjoying complete tranquility.
The estate team, who live on-site, are at your disposal to make your reception an unforgettable moment and provide you with professional equipment: a fully equipped catering kitchen, sound system, ample toilets, facilities for people with reduced mobility, well-lit private parking.
There is also a large swimming pool (16x8x2.20). The estate is well located for visiting many nearby places (Carcassonne Citadel, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, or Minerve and Lagrasse). This is a "maison de maître" (manor house) where, on the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine, an independent living room with a sofa and TV, and a separate WC. There is one bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) with a 140 cm bed and an adjoining private shower room (shower, WC). Upstairs, a family suite with one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, with an adjoining private shower room (shower, WC). One bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a private shower room (shower, WC). One bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be placed together, both with independent and private access to a shower room (shower).
