Both bedrooms, one a double the other a twin have been recently refurbished with quality furnishings.
The master has a kingsized bed, paintings by local artists, stunning views across the estuary at sunrise, flat screen tv and separate sky box from living room.
Downstairs there is separate living and dining rooms.
The living room has a wood burner, sky tv and sound system.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and breakfast bar.
The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with an over bath electric shower and screen.
Downstairs there is an outside toilet set in a small courtyard.

We were pleased the accommodation was ready earlier in the day than advertised which meant we could get settled straightaway. We managed to park outside the property on the road. The location right on the quayside was very pleasant and as the weather was not the best made it easy to pop in and out...
