Located in Bogliasco, Liguria, this elegant 120 sqm villa accommodates up to 7 guests. It offers 3 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, plus 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a spacious room with a double bed and double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area.
The private kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware.
Amenities include private air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free independent access.

New for 2027: Starting April 1, 2027, Villino Rosanna will feature a private pool for an even more relaxing experience, as well as a parking space with electric charging.
Outside, there are two open terraces: the ground floor terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and umbrella, while the upper terrace features a solarium with loungers.
The large garden, shared with the downstairs apartment, offers loungers, umbrellas, and a hot tub.
The shared parking area provides 3 spaces, one with electric car charging.

The villa is in a private fenced area and offers direct access to the sea and cliffs in 5 minutes on foot.
Location & surroundings
The villa boasts beautiful sea views from Punta Chiappa to the Portofino promontory, as well as mountain views.
Public transport connects easily to Genoa, Cinque Terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita, and Portofino, with bus stops 3 minutes away and train stations 2-10 minutes from the property.

Das Haus liegt am Hang über dem Ort. Strand und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Pool zur Mitnutzung beim Agriturismo besticht durch die tolle Aussicht.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist zum Sitzen unbequem weil die Sitzfläche wegrutscht. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett wirkt auf den Fotos grösser, als es ist . Die obere Terrasse könnte etwas "wohnlicher" sein (Sonnenschirm, Pflanzen?)
