Cal Contra presents a traditional farmer's house with a modern interior decoration in a rustic, simple and functional style. It is distributed on two floors, with all the common spaces on the first floor plus a room adapted for people with reduced mobility, while the rest of the rooms are upstairs.
Outdoors
Outside, a wooden roof protects from inclement weather and the strong summer sun, there is a barbecue, table and chairs, where a nice outdoor dining is made. In addition, a wooden fence surrounds an enclosure with stone floor with sun loungers, where the pool is located.
Location & surroundings
From Cal Contra you can visit the center of Gelida and especially the historic medieval castle, which is the architectural jewel of the town. Within walking distance you can visit the most emblematic cellars of the Penedès, as well as wonderful trails and paths.

La ubicación es muy tranquila, la piscina un 10 y hay muchisimas camas para estar una familia entera.
Bastantes mosquitos, nos dejaron repelentes pero ni con esas.
Por otro lado la casa es algo antigua y algunas de las instalaciones/equipamientos estan bastante viejas.
El wifi apenas alcanzaba fuera del salón
