The location and the parking.
Heating wasn’t working which was not ideal when temperatures are hitting below 0. We contacted the property owner multiple times and requested someone come take a look and help us, no one ever came. We also found bugs all over one of the bedrooms (in the cupboards, in the bedding) and the shower was...

We stayed at this house for 1 night for 6 people , firstly we wasn’t made aware that someone had to meet us at the property to gain access and was a bit confusing when we was waiting for check in details upto midday on the day of arriving .
