The 100m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of an elegant building and is composed as follows

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine with pods and kitchen utensils

- Living area with double sofa bed, dining area and TV

- Bedroom 1 with double bed, desk and wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 equipped with a double bed

- Bathroom 1 with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle

- Bathroom 2 with shower, toilet and sink


Additional services available to guests: central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
