In the "Le Sarciron" residence, ideally located in the heart of Mont Dore, opposite the thermal baths and close to all amenities, a 21 m² studio apartment is available on the 3rd floor (mezzanine level) with elevator access.
It comprises an entrance hall with a storage cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), offering a beautiful view of Puy Gros.
This studio also features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There is a shower room and a separate toilet in the entrance hall.
Sleeps up to 2 people.
Pets not allowed.
Cleaning service available upon request, to be booked 10 days prior to arrival: €50 extra.
Security deposit: €400.
Cleaning deposit: €100.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Additional services available:
Bed linen rental: €20 per set for a 140/160 cm bed - €15 per set for a 90 cm bed.
Bed made supplement: €10 per bed.
Towel kit: €9 (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel).
Baby equipment: cot. Umbrella with or without mattress: €20 - Baby high chair: €10 - Baby bathtub: €5
Arrivals: Our agencies are open Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Please go directly to the agency.
Any arrival outside these hours must be agreed upon in writing.
