Detached detached house called "CA' DEL SOLE" very spacious, also suitable for families or large groups, with surrounding land in its natural state with plants and olive trees, fenced (about 1000 sqm) and for the exclusive use of the property, with private parking for up to three cars.
The house of about 190 sq. m. is very bright and has two floors:
- on the ground floor: large eat-in kitchen, living room with TV (satellite antenna) and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower;
- on the second floor: 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with three single beds, 1 room with sofa bed (145 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, 2 balconies.
The front garden is equipped with table, chairs, parasol, deck chairs, and barbecue.
Heating is on gas with radiators.
Other equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, high chair, baby bed, free wi-fi.
The house is located in a panoramic area, at the top of the village of Civezza, and is not far (about 100 meters) from the main services that the village offers (pharmacy, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop).
Other services nearby are:
- in San Lorenzo al Mare (about 4 km) tourist port, free and equipped beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, "Teatro dell'Albero," tourist information point, bike rental, and the start of a bike/pedestrian path that reaches Imperia to the east and Sanremo/Ospedaletti to the west;
- in Imperia (about 10 km) Logge di Santa Chiara (borgo Parasio), Carlo Carli Olive Museum, Villa Grock Clown Museum;
- in San Remo (about 25 km) 18-hole golf course, Ariston Theater, Casino.

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, für den Urlaub mit Hund einfach super. Alles eingezäunt keine Schlupflöcher 😃. Die Gastgeber haben selbst Hunde und sind dementsprechend auch Tierfreunde, auch die Bewohner im Ort und alle drumherum sind sehr Hundefreundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll Hergerichtet. Wir werden wieder kommen.
