Located on the first floor of a secure building with other apartments, this 35 m² air-conditioned apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby bed available—see photos).
Since 2026, the extra bed has been replaced with a real single bed for added comfort.
Ideal for short, long, or business stays, it’s in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse.
Enjoy easy access to the city while staying in a calm, comfortable setting.
The living area combines lounge and bedroom with a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage.
At night, it becomes a bedroom with two thick 90 cm x 2 m beds and a single bed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, neutral soap, and hairdryer; the toilet is separate.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and coffee machines for various formats—perfect for preparing meals at your own pace.
On request, baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, stroller) is available.
Cleaning products, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for your convenience.
A secure luggage locker is available downstairs for an additional fee, making arrivals and departures easier.
Please note: there is no elevator.

L'emplacement pour le tourisme, la climatisation
Salle de bain vraiment petite, et pièce principale sans porte donc logement peu adapté aux enfants en bas âge.
