Our lovingly maintained boutique holiday apartment is located directly on the Lake Constance cycle path – only about 200 m from the lake and the first hiking trails.
It offers two bedrooms (one as a walk-through room), two well-kept bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with streaming TV, and a private garden with a large terrace.
Ideal for 1–6 people plus a baby (in a cot).
Included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, sustainable basic amenities – and up to 2 dogs free of charge (on request only).
DTV 4 stars Amenities: – Kitchen with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (including a small selection of capsules), oven, air fryer, microwave – Washing machine, robot vacuum, streaming TV, books and games – Child-friendly: high chair, toys, Wii console on request – Dogs welcome: bowls, towel and basket included – SUP rental on request (5 boards, available for an extra fee) Location: 1.3 km walking path to the centre of Allensbach.
Busier in the mornings due to road and cycle path, pleasantly quiet in the evenings.
The garden is quietly situated, a railway line runs at the back of the property – this is usually no longer noticed after a short time.
Notes: – High season (mid-June to mid-September): weekly bookings, Saturday to Saturday – Winter (November to March): reduced weekly and monthly rates – Autumn and spring: from 3 nights – ideal for a quiet getaway – Holidays and New Year’s Eve: adjusted prices and minimum stays We rent to couples and families who appreciate a quiet, well-kept atmosphere and treat the apartment with care – just as we do.

Super nette Gastgeber.
Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung super zufrieden. Besonders hat uns der naheliegende Wald gefallen, dort konnte man stundenlang mit dem Hund spazieren gehen.
Kaum Möglichkeiten vor Ort mit den Hund ans Wasser zu gehen.
Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit einem kleinem Blick auf den Bodensee

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war super. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr kühl ( wir hatten 34 Grad), dekorativ sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Wir haben und hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.
