Чиста та охайна квартира. Гарно розташована, є багато кафе, ресторанів поблизу. Е можливість паркування машини ( оплата через наркомат). До історичного центру міста можна дістатися міським транспортом дуже швидко. Взагалі дуже приємне враження від перебування у помешканні.
