The building is located in front of the square des Épinettes, offering easy access to a pleasant green space, which is particularly advantageous when traveling with children. You will find everything you need to have a great stay, including Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Please note that the cleaning fee also includes sheets and towels. The apartment enjoys an ideal location in a pleasant area: - All food shops are available avenue de St-Ouen, just 3 minutes walk, including a supermarket. - Cafes and restaurants are nearby. - Guy Môquet Metro Station on line 13 is a 5-minute walk away. - In addition, bus line 21 is also nearby. WiFi almost doesn't work. No help from owner/local representative. They took security deposit which is yet to be refunded.
Very rude behavior during check in, they gave ultimatum of checking in at sharp 16:00 or else further time has to be paid separately.
