The detached villa, built in 2001 and renovated in 2023, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Santa Barbara de Nexe, Canal district. The villa is located on a 5000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 800 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
