This 26m² south-facing apartment features a kitchenette in the living room equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.
The living area includes a Murphy bed and ample storage, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a washing machine, toilet, bidet, and shower.
Bed linen and towels are included. €1200 security deposit (credit card imprint only) - NO PETS - NO SMOKING Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current rates set by the Municipality of Menton. Located 5 minutes from Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy, and throughout the region.
Public parking is available near the apartment. The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby.
The newly renovated Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside offer numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and entertainment. - Arrival time: Daily from 4:00 PM - Departure time: Before 10:00 AM - Security deposit refunded 15 days after your departure. *Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied. Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Es gibt viele schöne Cafés in der Nähe, und alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
