Radium is a charming ground-floor apartment just a few minutes from the seafront at Lyme Regis in Dorset.
Forming part of an attractive conversion of a Grade II listed building, Radium is the ideal holiday destination for a small family or a couple.
As soon as you step inside the property, you are welcomed by an inviting and friendly space with a good-sized seating area with delightful picture windows, an elegant dining area and a well-appointed kitchen which is fully fitted with everything you need to prepare delicious food for your stay.
If the sun is shining then step outside to a small patio seating area where you can sit with a book and cup of tea.
As the sun goes down and eyes begin to close, make your way to the welcoming bedroom with its king-size bed and child’s bed making it a relaxing oasis for you and your child.

A short walk into Lyme Regis and you’ll find a good range of shops and amenities as well as Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium located on the famous Cobb Harbour and family-friendly beach. For a family day out to remember pay a visit to Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Tramway, Forde Abbey and Gardens and Pecorama.

Radium is a ground-floor apartment with one king-size bedroom with a child’s bed and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, along with a utility room.
The apartment offers gas central heating, an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a TV, WiFi, DVD player, and CD player.
Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a highchair are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car, though caution is advised for larger vehicles due to the narrow passageway (approximately 1.9m wide) with a challenging 'kink' halfway through. There is a small patio area with a garden bench. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
The nearest shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. A sofa bed is available in the open-plan living space, suitable for one person; please request this at the time of booking. Make memories at Radium.
