An attractive 4-person flat in the middle of Zoutelande, where there is plenty of entertainment, in the many shops, tasteful restaurants and cosy terraces.
Zoutelande is known for its many hours of sunshine.
It is not called Zeeland's riviera for nothing.
You can almost touch sea ships passing by.
They sail that close.
On the beach, it is always enjoyable.
From the early spring sun, to a day at the beach in summer.
But even on a cold winter's day, it is lovely to get a breath of fresh air along the tidemark here.
The many beach pavilions are open year-round.
But there is more to do.
Get on your bike or put on your walking shoes.
There is a large cycling and walking network around Zoutelande.
Or do you prefer Middelburg with its many monuments and shops? This flat is the ideal base.In a building with a total of five flats, this flat is located on the first floor.
From the living room, you have a view of the church square and the dunes.
Within a two-minute walk you are therefore on top of the dunes, or in the lively shopping street.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.
For example, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a filter coffee machine.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed.
The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe.
Here you can easily store your things.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and separate storage cabinet and a toilet.This flat is located right in the centre, but has a roof terrace at the back, so you can still enjoy peace and privacy.
There is a storage room where you can store bicycles, charge them or your wagon.
The shed also has a bbq you can use on the roof terrace.
You may use this, but remember to clean it! There is a private parking space at the apartment.

Het appartement was zeer licht, ruim en comfortabel ingericht. Zeer netjes en goed uitgerust. De ligging was erg goed, vlakbij de duinen en het strand. Het enige minpunt vonden we de kwaliteit van de matrassen, deze zijn hard en liggen ongemakkelijk, we raden aan om deze te vervangen. Verder was alles helemaal in orde!
