Le chalet comprend de nombreuses chambres .
Lors de notre réservation sur votre plate forme , le ménage était compris dans le prix, en recevant les conditionnels générales de l hôte nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise qu il fallait rajouter le prix du ménage à 150 euros et qu il était obligatoire. La plate forme Holidu ne devrait pas mettre que le prix du ménage est compris dans le prix .

Plus que le manque d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours, c’est l’absence de réponse du propriétaire qui devait nous contacter afin de (pourquoi pas….) effectuer un geste commercial eu égard à ce préjudice avéré. L’absence d’eau chaude sur deux jours n’effondrera pas le monde. L’absence de politesse est malheureusement un symptôme qui grignote petit à petit notre humanité..
