The holiday apartment is located in Winkl, a quiet, purely residential area. Winkl is a district of Grabenstätt. Grabenstätt is just 2 km away, where you'll find all the essential shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and the tourist information office. A bus stop is about 200 m from the apartment. Lake Chiemsee is about 3 km away. The Grabenstätt motorway exit is about 500 m away. Winkl is a central starting point for excursions to Lake Chiemsee, the Chiemgau region, and the Berchtesgadener Land.

The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 EUR per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of handicap of 80 out of 100 as well as their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
