Renovated in 2024, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating.
Exit to the patio.
Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).
Shower/bidet/WC.
Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 wall-trunk bed and fan.
Heating, forced-air heating, boiler (50 litres).
Heating available only from 01.12. to 31.03, Heating not available in all rooms.
Balcony furniture.
Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer.
