In the evenings, when you sit on the balcony or terrace in front of one of the chalets in Oberlaiming, the first thing you'll notice is the silence.
As the sun's rays disappear behind the mountain peaks, chirping birds bid farewell to the day, or cowbells ring from the mountain meadow.
Those who come here for a holiday have already come a good deal closer to heaven on earth.
And this is not just because this holiday domicile is located at an altitude of almost 900 meters. Our four holiday homes, built entirely from local wood, are situated in the Kitzbühel Alps above the small, idyllic village of Itter and offer space for a relaxing holiday in 14 apartments.
The timber construction creates a pleasant indoor climate with natural materials sourced directly from the region.
Within this, we have incorporated the modern technology that is standard today. We'll already unfold the sun lounger for you and heat up the sauna (the sauna will be available from December 2023).
At our reception, you will be greeted with Tyrolean hospitality, and we will gladly show you all the amenities of our chalets – from the ski room to the washing machine, and from the lounge to your very own apartment. In the "Hohe Salve" house (House 1), there are two apartments on the first floor.
In the other three wooden structures, "Alpenrose" (House 2), "Schafsiedl" (House 3), and "Wilder Kaiser" (House 4), there are four apartments ready for you in each.
All are equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a living area, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. To ensure you feel comfortable, Brigitte and her team are at your service.
We will gladly show you which hiking and cycling routes you can use directly from your chalet.
Before or upon arrival, you will also receive the Hohe Salve Guest Card with numerous discounts.

Brigitte und ihr Team waren tolle Gastgeber. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet, der Service außergewöhnlich. Die Chalets waren sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage oberhalb von Itter am Berg bietet einen tollen Blick ins Tal und ist ein wahrer Kraftort. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Region oder direkt für Wandertouren ab der Haustür. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Der Ausblick war zu jedem Zeitpunkt ein wahrer Genuss. Die Sonne, der Himmel und die Berge ... Davon konnte man nicht genug bekommen. Die Sauna war ebenfalls ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Sehr schön und ebenfalls mit einem tollen Ausblick. Alle Fragen und Situationen konnten mit der Gastgeberin geklärt und gelöst werden.
