Housing : Apartment located on the picturesque port of DAHOUET, its shops, its local market. a free shuttle will take you to the three poles of the town (PLENEUF the village- VAL ANDRE the beach- and Dahouet the port), from mid July to end August (dates reviewed annually by the tourist office) 40m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator including: -A seating area (with sofa bed 140*190 cm), a dining area, and an open kitchen with a view of the port including induction plate, oven with microwave, bolt, toaster, dowel coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table for 6 people (longer); -Living room with port view, with TV, WIFI -A bathroom with bath, towel dryer, sink, mirror, toilet, hair dryer; -Bedroom with 2 beds (90*190cm) double beds, wardrobe, Optional on request: -House linen; - Childcare equipment; - End of stay cleaning.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
