Cockle Bay Cottage is a superb cottage resting within the village of Heysham. This property comes with one mezzanine king-size bedroom with TV, sleeping up to two people. On the ground floor you will find a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a gas fire, with amenities including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine. Two well behaved pets welcome. Outside, there is a rear garden over two floors with a hot plate for cooking ,and close by off-road parking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Cockle Bay Cottage is a superb base for a coastal retreat for you and your loved one. Note: No children. Please note: There are steps to the kitchen and a few outside in the garden, so the property may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns
