Sehr großes Grundstück, gepflegter Pool, gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa oder Lucca.
Das Haus hat eine eigene Persönlichkeit, es wird offenbar von den Eigentümern mit genutzt und ist nicht nur Renditeobjekt.
WLAN ist nicht erwähnenswert vorhanden, ziemlich langsam. Funknetz ist leider auch nur mäßig.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dem tollen Haus! Der Hund konnte die ganze Zeit frei herumlaufen (es ist wirklich ausbruchsicher..) und wir haben den tollen Garten, den Pool und die Lage sehr genossen. Wunderschön!Der Betreuer kam alle paar Tage um den Pool zu reinigen- sehr nett und unkompliziert.Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
