Come discover Bordeaux in this magnificent, very spacious 90m2 loft-style apartment, designed by an architect and fully renovated for your comfort.
The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, opens onto a rear courtyard to which you have access.
Very quiet area.
You also benefit from a 24/7 parking card (for the public Salinières parking, located a 3-minute walk away).
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay: large flat-screen LCD TV, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster.
You also have 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
As well as baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, step stool, bath).
You are ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Bordeaux.
Everything is nearby: listed cultural sites, markets, restaurants, flea markets... and all amenities: tramway (Porte de Bourgogne and Place du Palais stops 50m away), bus, and self-service bikes (VCUB) as well as the train station for your getaways to Saint-Emilion or Arcachon (Dune du Pyla).
Please note that the apartment is located in a semi-pedestrian zone, the street is one-way with access control, so please follow the directions provided to arrive by car, as GPS may not find the access.
Parking: The parking space is not on-site but located in a public car park about a hundred meters away (Parking Salinières), but you can access the street of the apartment to unload.
Minimum 2 nights.
Non-smoking.
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL FEES TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING: Mandatory final cleaning performed by a professional service: €65.
Bed linen & towels are extra, rented from a laundry service: €35 (beds made, sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, large towels, small towels, bath mat, tea towels).
Tourist tax: according to rates adopted by the Bordeaux City Hall https://taxedesejour.bordeaux-metropole.fr/ HEATING during the winter period (early October to end of April) and only for stays longer than 14 nights, you will have to pay a flat fee of €85.
A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure.
If the consumption exceeds the regulated rate, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €350, or €600 for stays longer than 14 nights, is always requested upon arrival and returned (if no issues) after departure.
Payment method: credit card via a secure PAYZEN payment link.

This apartment is close to all the action and on a street where you are able to unload your luggage a few doors away and then you park a five minute drive to a secure parking garage (8 minute walk) where you are provided with a complimentary parking card.
