This 70m² apartment, located on the second floor of a noble 18th-century building, was completely renovated in 2012 and furnished and decorated with style.
It combines the typical style of Bordeaux buildings with high ceilings and high-quality original features, while being furnished in a perfectly harmonious contemporary spirit.
It features a large, very quiet bedroom overlooking the interior courtyard, a sunny living room with a small balcony, a modern, fully equipped high-end kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave...).
There is a large living/dining room equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
It is a perfect place to discover Bordeaux and its region, with all amenities in close proximity: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, museums, cinemas, and the magnificent Grand Theatre.
You will also find local guides with many unique addresses.
The tourist office is within walking distance, where you can find plenty of information to organize your visits to the vineyards or UNESCO-listed monuments.

Great location in a quiet street, within easy reach of Bordeaux sights etc.We loved the big living room.Not too bothered by the creaky floorboards above, nor smell of drains, but the huge puddle at the street door was impossible to cross with dry feet!
