Staubsauger und Waschmaschine mit benutzbar.
Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon (Richtung Westen) am Abend.
*Stühle am Esstisch waren durchgesessen (angenehmes sitzen ging nur auf vorderer Kante)
*einige Fussleisten unbefestigt
*Durchlauferhitzer nicht ausreichend für anhaltenden Warmwassergebrauch (Duschen, auch kurze Duschzeit)
