On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a private fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom (toilet and washbasin). The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and complete sets of dishes and cutlery.
Outside, enjoy a private fenced garden with a seating area, perfect for outdoor meals. The first floor has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, and two full bathrooms with showers—one of them en suite.
The top floor offers a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Funchal, ideal for relaxing or remote work. Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels.
Private entrance, two on-site parking spaces, and nearby street parking are available. Bakery and grocery store are a 5-minute walk away.
The historic center and waterfront are within walking distance or accessible by bus. Maximum capacity: 6 adults.
