The Domaine de la Salamandre is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, in Auriac-du-Périgord.
This peaceful haven spans 41 hectares and is committed to total self-sufficiency in water, energy, and waste recycling.
We are dedicated to passing on values of respect for nature, the environment, and others to future generations.
The property features a greywater recycling system and solar thermal panels. To cool off, you can enjoy a natural swimming pool that uses phytopurification. The room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
It is furnished with a queen-size bed and a comfortable sitting area.
Breakfast is included in the nightly rate.
Bed linens are provided and air-dried. Each morning, the dining room welcomes you for breakfast.
Upon request, a homemade dinner can also be arranged.
An outdoor kitchen is now available for preparing picnics and storing your food in the fridge, equipped with a refrigerator and an electric cooktop.
Please note: the outdoor kitchen is accessible only from May to September. Certified organic since 2001, the estate offers farm products for sale, such as walnut oil and honey.
