Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in Lozari, in the municipality of Belgodère. It boasts mountain views, is less than a kilometre from the beach, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - An en-suite bathroom opening onto the bedroom with a walk-in shower - A separate toilet/laundry room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and various baby care items, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, heated infinity pool (4 m x 2.5 m), open from 1 April to 1 November.
The pool is secured with an electric submerged cover (opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions). - A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A lovely 500 m² garden The house is ideally situated in Lozari, in the municipality of Belgodère, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest ferry terminal: Île-Rousse, 9 km away (about 15 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Calvi, 31 km away (about 35 mins by car) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets welcome free of charge.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times stated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Logement très agréable au calme mais proche d’une boulangerie, d’un Spar et de l’île Rousse.Des hôtes très gentils et chaleureux. Site idéal pour se reposer, visiter le nord de la Corse et faire de jolies randonnées.

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr schön gelegen. Es ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

A Casetta Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool und Blick in die Berge. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und haben uns Willkommensgeschenke in die Küche gelegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Am besten mit dem Auto anreisen, da etwas ab vom Schuss.
