Welcome to this spaciously furnished accommodation for 12 people, located in picturesque Burgerbrug.
This holiday home is located in a typical North Holland landscape and is one of the first buildings of the municipality of Zijpe.
The partly covered, spacious terrace offers beautiful views over the large garden with pond and the surrounding North Holland countryside.
The great outdoor space is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends.
Just 5 km away is Petten, where you can enjoy sun, sea and beach.
The area is ideal for lovers of hiking and cycling.
Also visit the nearby towns of Groet and Schoorl.
Fancy an active experience? Mountain biking in the Schoorl dunes is an absolute must!The bright living room is generously furnished with two comfortable sofas and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge, four-burner cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker.
There are six bedrooms in the house, three of which are on the ground floor.
The layout of these bedrooms is as follows: one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds and one room with bunk beds.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs, where you will find a room with a double bed and a cot, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds (and an extra cot).
The house has two bathrooms: a bathroom with bath, washbasin and walk-in shower on the ground floor, and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower cabin on the first floor.
There is also a separate toilet in the house and a washing machine at your disposal in the hall.
The sliding doors in the living room give access to the outdoor area, where you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture.
The garden has a large lawn with a pond and playground equipment.
There is parking space for four cars in the grounds of the house.
Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations and youth groups (up to 25 years) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • Open fire is prohibited, this includes barbecuing. • The stove in the living room is for decoration only and cannot be used. • Surroundings Burgerbrug is located in the municipality of Schagen in the province of North Holland.
The small village that came into existence after the reclamation of the Zijpe polder in 1597 is characterised by ribbon-shaped buildings.
The village centre is home to the listed Starre Kroon farm and two churches.

There is plenty to do in the beautiful surroundings of Burgerbrug, for example, spend a lovely day at the beach for sunbathing, visit Alkmaar to wander the famous cheese market on Fridays or go to the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen.

Woonkamer/ keuken terras en tuin
Toilet beneden bleef doorlopen.
Veel muggen helaas, misschien horren een optie.
1 slaapkamer was te krak voor 2 persoonsbed.

Een fijn huis voor 12 personen. Apparatuur wat verouderd en geen gebruiksaanwijzingen. Apart toilet is heel fijn. Jammer genoeg is de ruimte om de eettafel wat te krap voor 12 personen. Het vrij staan van het huis, de parkeerplekken en de veranda zijn prachtig.
