The appartement is new, very clean and confortable, well furnished and with a great and full sea view (wonderful terrace), with a direct access to the beach just in front of the appartment.
Owners are very helpful and kind.
Perfect for a stay to rest or visit Madeconia/Thessalie, in Summer (even if the location can be a little bit crowded!) or at another period.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Kavadia Sea View 3. It's very close to the beach, you can watch sunrise and stay on the beach till sunset.
