The well-kept Kavadias Sea View property is located directly on the fine, long sandy beach of Skotina with its own direct access to the beach and far-reaching, marvellous views of the northern Aegean and Mount Olympus.
On the ground floor of the two-storey Kavadias Sea View house there are the Kavadias Sea View 1 and 2 holiday flats next to each other.
The 1st floor is occupied by the landlady.
On the 2nd floor is the Kavadias Sea View Studio with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Olympus. Washing machine did not work which was inconvenient. We made the owner aware of the issue, but he still didn't offer a solution as in maybe to use another one.
