Der schöne Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht und die Ruhe
Auch im Urlaub guckt man gerne mal TV, aber das war nur unter schwierigen Umständen möglich, man konnte die Programme schlecht umstellen bzw ließ sich das Fernsehen gar nicht bedienen.

Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage, bei warmen Wetter sehr großer Balkon nutzbar mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal.
Innen bei bewölktem Wetter sehr dunkel.
